- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We moved and 2 months ago i went into this location to get all my banking information for auto payment moved to new account, told all done everything is switch. The next month my car payment came out of old bank and i called this location and was told your loan is with US Bank, called them and no loans since 2013. Called this location again, hey we do have your loan and we'll switch out your banking information for your next payment. Then i get an overdraft notice from my old bank since it wasn't done in time. Now i have $5 a day penalty from the bank until i can get up there. When i called again to this location i got "oh boy" when told them what happen, no apology.January 04, 2017by Chad Dickmann
